MyMedStick - ULTRA

ULTRA is designed for a single user but can also hold 4 extra users* with it. All your data is encrypted in the program and the 911 emergency screen can be used by the hospital or EMT to treat you in a time of need.

The data in the software includes:

Put all you X-Rays, EKG’s, Cat Scan’s and MRI’s in the program. The doctor can read them anytime he needs to data. You just can’t beat that kind if service! List all your allergies and medications and include your medical devices if you have them. Be sure to include contacts or glasses, heart problems, oxygen, hearing problems, and stints. If you are deaf, this product is a MUST for it to talk for you.

Each unit also includes a Living Will, Medical Surrogate, Power of Attorney, Will, Obituary and Family important papers area.

Don’t forget that special family member, you’re pet. His or her information and picture is stored right here on the USB flash drive.
