Our program is self contained on the USB flash drive so you do not need to install any software on your computer system. This personal medical record device can be accessed by most computers including those using Windows 2000, XP, and Vista.

Our software has 256 bit encryption, so no one will be able to access your information. The EMT or Hospital can access only your emergency medical information by using the 911 button located in the Login window. This valuable information is just the medical information to save your life will display on the 911 emergency window.

The 911screen includes:
Name (first, last), height, weight, date of birth, allergies, medications, life saving devices, insurance, emergency contacts, doctors and living will.

Contacts: List emergency contacts you want notified in an emergency
Doctors: Include up to 10 doctors and how to contact them, including their NPI #
Insurance: Put all you insurance information like medical, house, car, boat, motorcycle, airplane.
Allergies/Devices/Conditions/Blood Type: Show the EMT/Doctor your medical condition by filling out this information
Immunizations: Put the owners’ immunizations here for easy access for other doctors, school sports, and travel to other countries
Medical Images: Copy and Paste all your X-rays, EKG, MRI, and other medical images
Medical Surrogate: Assign who will make the decisions for you if you can not, no more guessing who is in charge of your medical choices
Living Will: Put in your decisions now for DNR (do not resuscitate) and other wishes
Power of Attorney: Keep a copy of your POA here just in case.  Has a double lock, so it can not be changed by anyone but you
Will: Besides your written Will, paste a copy here or fill out template as your only Will
Obituary: Make it easy for that loved one to take care of your funeral arrangements by filling out this section at your own convenience
Permission: When sending your child off to camp or sports, make sure they have the myMedStick with them, and this section filled out with permission for medical treatment
Important Papers: Here you can keep all your important papers; just copy and paste from a digital image
Home: Copy and Paste digital images around your home. Valuable for insurance companies if you have a theft, flood damage, or storm i.e. hurricane or tornado.
Pictures: Put in all your valuable pictures, vacations, boat, cars, motorcycle and so on…
Family:  Put in all your valuable pictures of family
Pet: Include a picture of your pet and his medical condition
